His journey began on the basketball courts of Lincoln University, where he wasn’t just an athlete, he was a natural leader. After earning his degree in Health and Physical Education, he chose to serve in the U.S. Navy, where he became a Combat Medic and Command Fitness Leader within elite units.
Over 9 years, he learned how to train with discipline, adapt under pressure, and most importantly how to be resilient.
That experience, combined with his certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), led him to create WEFiT: a purpose-driven fitness team focused on helping people evolve with more energy, strength, and clarity through tailored programs.

Could my child get injured during training?
No worries. Our program is designed and supervised by certified coaches who specialize in youth training. Every workout is adapted to your child’s age, fitness level, and experience with safety as the top priority.
Is this program only for kids who already play sports?
Not at all! Many of our students join to build confidence, move better, and start a healthy routine from scratch. Everyone is welcome, regardless of athletic background.
I don’t have a lot of time to drive them. What if our schedule is tight?
We’ve got you covered. Our sessions run Monday through Thursday from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM perfect for keeping your child active during the day without interfering with family plans or vacations.
Absolutely! Our training focuses on building functional strength, mobility, coordination, and enduranceskills that benefit dancers, swimmers, athletes, and active kids in general. You don’t have to be in sports to benefit from this program.
